Responsibilities:
As an English Teacher at Aleph Integrated, you will:
Teach English to Adult Learners:
- Facilitate engaging and effective lessons for adult learners.
- Develop curriculum and instructional materials tailored to the needs of adult professionals.
Manage Schedules and Timelines:
- Work closely with adult students who are balancing work and study commitments.
- Create and manage schedules that accommodate their professional responsibilities.
Provide Individualized Support:
- Identify and address the unique learning needs of adult students.
- OAer individualized support and guidance to enhance language proficiency.
Assess and Track Progress:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a Positive Learning Environment:
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Encourage active participation and engagement from adult learners.
Collaborate with Other Educators:
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and educators.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English as a Second Language, Education, or a related field or
- equivalent years of experience teaching to adults.
- Proven expertise in developing and delivering effective lessons.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling and managing timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate adult learners' diverse needs.
- Comfortable working on-site from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
